Privacy policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data MjAilab ("we") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have any questions, email hello@mjailab.com.
What we collect
- When you send a brief or request an audit: your name, email address, company or website, the services and budget you select, and your message.
- When you visit the site: our web server records standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and to count visits.
What we don't collect
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Visitor statistics are produced on our own server from the access logs above. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and whether you have already seen the opening animation; this stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you want, prepare a proposal or audit. This is based on your request.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to understand which pages are useful. This is our legitimate interest.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to our team through our business email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up on a possible project. Server logs are rotated and deleted regularly. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Emailhello@mjailab.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
